The talented Miss Mulligan, Vogue US

Again, the mix between country and couture looks, this time on Vogue US and with different characters. To the October issue, Wintour and Coddington decided to take Carey Mulligan on a trip to the countryside, to be cover of the magazine and star of “The talented Miss Mulligan” editorial, wearing couture gowns only. As always, Grace Coddington did an amazing job with the style but I just don’t quite like Carey. She seems too “oh, I’m so sweet and perfect” to me.

Peter Lindbergh, the photographer, did a great job, though. Love the light and the contrasts and with these clothes, even the beast could be the beauty.
