Topshop Unique Spring 2011

It was in this old and inactive train station in Waterloo, that occurred Unique’s presentation of Spring 2011 collection. Some say it was the perfect location for a parade of models whose looks were involved in mysticism. Ethereal was the word in the head of the designer Karen Bonser’s. She said she’d been thinking flowers, fairies and unicorns.

Chiffon floaty scarf tops were a common place in the collection, taking us on a trip to fantastic places.

Prints referred to flying horses and witches (especially the black ones below).

The shiny fabric and the tale of this outfit reminds me of a mermaid.

A witch and a princess.

Here and there, a few white pieces almost made us forget what the collection was about.

My fave pieces: a red playsuit, long sleeved and a red dress, longer in the back.

The hairstyling was amazing! Frizzed hair reminded me of cotton candy on one side and, on the other side, it had an African and disco flavor.

Perfect 70’s disco style!

The board of models.
